Handrolls With A Special Twist.
"Toku (ηΉ)" means special in Japanese. At Toku Nori, we are reinventing handrolls with our own special take.
Inspired by Japanese speakeasies in New York City, our restaurant is located in the upper storeys of a heritage shophouse in the hip district of Telok Ayer. We offer patrons a range of delectable handrolls, izakaya and sake for a memorable dining experience.
Our crisp seaweed (βnoriβ) is cultivated with meticulous care and handpicked at the peak of freshness. Laid within that is premium grade japonica pearl rice Koshihikari, cooked with precision to achieve a a sublime balance of moisture, stickiness, and subtle sweetness.
Complete your handroll with fresh seafood options including scallops, yellowtail and salmon, or opt for a more premium experience with wagyu, uni and foie gras. Round out your meal with delicious izakaya dishes or our unique sake pairing selection.
